Follow The Yellow Brick Road Release from Sassy Studio Designs

Oh, it's good to be wicked!  The Design Team for Sassy Studio Designs is so excited to present the newest release from our super talented leader, Lindsay and it's called the Follow The Yellow Brick Road Release!  With the new movie, Oz, the Great and Powerful, the story that came before The Wizard of Oz, we've got some pretty amazing characters to share with you!  If you came to me from my outstanding designing sister, Tina, then you're on the right track.  If not, follow the yellow brick link back to the beginning at our Sassy Studio Designs blog.  I don't want you to miss a single fabulous project!

I have the pleasure of introducing you to Evanora Sassy, who was a good with but got the house dropped on her!  Little is known about her so I took some liberties with her.  Our theme for this release is Wicked Statement. I saw a clip from the movie and Evanora was talking with Theodora and said the most profound statement that I think somehow speaks to us all!

Isn't she just fabulously sassy?  I love all the images in this release but she really spoke to me!  I thought I would give a circle step card a try and the tutorial I followed can be found here.  This sassy beauty is colored with Copics and covered with Stickles.  Her frame and the swirls are from Spellbinders, the jewels are from Reccollections, and the papers are from my stash, except for the glittery swirls, which is from The American Paper Company.  I made the flowers and the branches are from Martha Stewart.

Here's a closer look at this beauty.

I think she's stunning!  I really loved the multi colored rhinestones and think they matched her perfectly.

Love this sentiment and if we all are honest, we all have a little wicked in us!

Here are a couple of side views so you can see the simensions of the flowers.

I am going to enter this sassy thing in the following challenges:

2 Sisters Challenge Blog - Flowers for Spring
Little Claire's Designs - Cards with folds
One Stop Craft Challenge - Anything Goes
Clearly Insired Challenge - Die Cuts
Inspire Me Fridays - Always anything goes
Cute Card Thursday - Anything Goes
Friends Forever Challenge - Lots of Flowers

Now it's time to hop on over to see the stunner that my good buddy, Lori, has in store for you!  Make sure to leave a comment on each blog for the chance to win the image that each of us are presenting.  For me, I can't wait for someone else to have this beauty!  She's such fun to work with!

Now go on, follow the yellow brick road!
