Over at Roses on Paper and Belles N' Whistles Challenge Blog, our ever talented Design Team Sister, Rosette, challenged us all to create a card from Roses on Paper using stitches of any kind! I started coming down with a flu bug yesterday so I went with the faux stitches on my sweet little Mimosa with Cupcakes, one the the new, totally sweet Bildmalarnas that Summer is now carrying. I think she's just too stinkin sweet and cute for words!
Here is a picture of this beauty before I added my faux stitching around the border. I colored her with copics and used some paper from my stash (I'm slowly getting rid of my scraps so I don't have to buy so much paper right now before I move!) and the card stock is Coredinations. I added some Glossy Accents and Stickles to her and highlighted her with my white opaque pen. I thought my MS lacy edger would be so pretty with her and give the card a girly feel. Some Prima Flowers, MS branches and spacers and pearls along with a few Dew Drops complete her.
Isn't this face just too adorable? You could just eat her up!

She's just adorable Susan--love the monochromatic lavenders & great flower embellies! I just ordered some of these cuties myself (as if I need anymore stamps, hee hee)!

This little girl is adorable--but, there is very few things that come away with these stamps that aren't precious. I have a new grand-daughter, & I envision making all kinds of cards, invitations, etc as she grows.
