This is the first time teachers are starting to grade for the year. I've been working with new teachers and getting classes all settled to make their job as easy for them as possible. It's not always the easiest thing to do, but you do the best you can.
When I saw this Tilda with Slate, she so remibnded me of all young girls first day at school. And when I saw her writing on her slate, she won me over. I colored her with my Prismacolor pencils and OMS and love the Scenic Route school paper and the Basic Grey circles. I picked up the ribbon at Joann's and the tab punch at Big Lots. The flowers are Prima flowers and the card stock is SU.
I hope you enjoy her and that she brings back some great memories of this time of the school year for us all!
