Last Minute Deliveries!

I think we all have some type of last minute deliveries that we make around the holidays.  I know I've got a couple to still drop off and if you believe the weather forecasters, I'll be doing it in snow, just like my sweet Evania in this adorable Evania Door Bell Chimes from Elphine House Australia!  Our talented and fabulous leader for the Elphine House Australia Design Team, Lynda, gave us a theme of Swirled Snow over at our Elphine House Australia Challenge Blog and here's what I came up with.

What a cutie she is!  She's colored with copics and Spectrum Noir markers and has Stickles on her cap, skirt and socks.  Flower Soft in Polar White is added to the ground, tree, sky, and snowflakes, that were cut out with my Martha Stewart snowflake punches.

Doesn't she have the cutest face?  She looks so determined to reach that door bell!

I used Nestabilities to cuther out and for the inside.  The pearls in the corners and on the edge are from Studio 112.

The twill ribbon is from Close to My Heart.  I love it!

I decided to add some snowflakes to the inside.

Please make sure to stop over at our Elphine House Australia Challenge Blog and see all the other fabulous projects my designing buddies have in worked up to inspire you.  Let's see your swirled snow!

Ebony Christmas Snowflakes for Elisabeth Bell's World!

Merry Christmas everyone!  It's a big day today and not only is it Christmas, it's the 25th of the month and that means it's time for a new challenge over at Elisabeth Bell's World Challenge Blog.  This month, our ever talented leader and new momma, Lynda, challenged us to use fluffy snowflakes, and of course an Elisabeth Bell designed image.  I love this little sweetie, Ebony Christmas Snowflakes from Elphine House Australia.  Hope you enjoy her!

What a doll she is!  This cutie is colored with copics and Spectrum Noir markers and accented with Stickles all over and on the extra snowflakes.  The die around her and the snowflakes are from Spellvinders and the ribbon is from Close to My Heart.  The papers are from My Mind's Eye  and the pearls are from Studio 112.

Here's a couple of other views of her, especially this sweet closeup:

I think she's absolutely gorgeous!

You have an entire month to play along so let me see some snowflakes!  Share them with us over at Elisabeth Bell's World and you'll absolutely love what's in store for the winner!  Thanks for stopping by and I hope you all get to spend some quality time with your loved ones.

Little Honey's Holiday Belle

When I've been asked what I would love to collect, it's always been something Disney. I love everything about them from Mickey Mouse, to Tinkerbell (my personal favorite!), to the Princesses.  When I saw this Little Honey's Holiday Belle image from Sassy Studio Designs, I had to have her!  She was my Tiffany's favorite movie and it's my granddaughter, Allie's, favorite too!  Wish I had a nickle for everytime I watch or listened to Beauty and the Beast!

Today, Sassy Studio Designs is sponsoring a couple of challenges, Challenges 4 Everybody, where it's Anything Goes, and Glitter n Sparkle Challenge Blog, where the theme is Christmas/New Year's.  I thought this sweet Little Honey's Holiday Belle would be perfect for both!

Isn't she just a doll?  I think she looks like her own perfect ornament on a Christmas tree.  She's colored with copics and has Stickles all over her bow and flowers and cuffs.  The papers are from K&Company's gorgeous Christmas stack and the red glitter corners and swirls are from Spellbinders's and the gem and ribbon are from my stash.

Gosh, I love her sweet face!  Here's a couple of side views for you to give you a peek on what's inside.

And Judy, here's an inside.  I just am in love with this paper!

That's it for today.  I hope everyone has a great last day of the weekend and is relaxing and putting the finishing touches on the holiday preparations.  Make sure to go on over and join in on the two challenge blogs and show them some love!

Thank you so much for stopping by my blog for my first blog hop as a new member of The Digi Bells!  I'm beyond excited to be part of this inspiring and talented team of artists.  Now on to the business at hand!   It's that time of the month for a new digi release from the fabulously talented Elisabeth Bell and this one is a beauty!  I love everything about Christmas.  There's nothing like the vibrant, rich colors, the wonderful smells that come from all the baking, the fun of wrapping presents after spending time picking out the perfect thing for that perfect someone.  And as much as I don't like cold weather, there's something about that brisk, pure white stuff that falls from the sky that gives a beautiful glimmer and shine to the earth.  And you know how much I love me some glimmer!

Over at the Digi Bells Design Team Blog, we're hosting our monthly blog hop while showing off the beautiful creation that Elisabeth has in store for you!  If you came to my blog from our fearless leader, Lynda, then you're on the right track.  If not, make sure that you start at the very beginning.  I don't want you to miss a single thing!  Here's the order:

Oh Happy Mail!

Who doesn't love to get some happy mail, especially this time of the year?  With e-mail, facebook, text messaging, the post office isn't anywhere near as busy as it once was.  Not sure about you, but for me, there's just something about getting a letter or card in the mail that someone took the time to personally pick out or write to you to share something wonderful.  I think Holly feels the same!

I love her apron and all her craft supplies!  I think she reflects a lot of us!  Holly's Happy Mail is available at Elisabeth's digi site and she's just waiting for you to come and use her to make someone's day!  She's colored with copics and this gorgeous paper is from the Sabrina collection from My Mind's Eye.  It's some of my favorite!  The flowers are from Recollections and the lace and gems are from my stash.  I used Spellbinders to cut her and the scalloped oval out.

Here's a side view:

With this time of the year, I think we should put all of our projects that we've been working on to good use and sharing them with friends and loved ones is the best way!  Send someone you love something you created and let them know they've been on your mind.  They'll love receiving it as much as you'll love sending it!

Apple Bake - Yummy!

I'm so excited to share my sweet little Apple Bake from my favorite artist, Ms. Elisabeth Bell's digital collection!  It's even more thrilling for me because it's my first post as a new Design Team Member of Elisabeth's The Digi Belles!  Just have to tell you that I'm so over the moon honored to be presenting these adorable, enchanting images and bringing them to life!

This sweet little thing just shouts innocence and sweetness to me!  After the events that have rocked the small town of Newtown, CT yesterday, I think we all need some sweet loving.  I'm just devastated and heartbroken over this horrific thing that took place.  I'm just so not understanding this senseless loss of those sweet babies and educators.  I don't know any of those that are affected by this tragedy but my heart just breaks for these families.  I needed to do something to lift my spirits so I went to making a card, anything to redirect my thoughts.  This helped.

I simply adore this image!  She's colored with copics and has Stickles, Diamond Glaze and distressed inks on the image.  The papers are from that gorgeous K&Company pack and I made the flowers with my Bitty Blossoms Spellbinders die. and the leaves are from my Martha Stewart punches.

Here's a side view.

And now the inside!

I think her pie just looks so warm, inviting and yummy!  I hope her sweetness makes you smile.  Go hug a child or someone that you love a lot.  Oh, and have a warm piece of something sweet on me!

Hugs,

Susan

I so love this one, Mr. Fresh Brewed!  I do love me some coffee and this image just makes me happy!

This sweetie made me think of the Gingerbread House I did this year for the store.

Santa Pin Up for Sassy Studio Designs

Sassy Studio Designs is sponsoring the challenge over at Dream Valley Challenge Blog today and their theme is "Christmas".  I have been doing a lot with red and green lately and I decided to go with a non traditional color for Christmas.  Here's my Santa Pin Up in blues.

I think she's so sexy and sassy!  She's colored with copics and the papers are from the Arctic Winter pack from DCWV.  The crystal swirls are from Close to My Heart, Stickles are all over her suit and hat and Glossy Accents are on her belt and boots.  I used Spellbinders to cut out my image and the snowflake punch is from Martha Stewart.  I distressed around the edges of the papers and added some Distressed Inks around the edges.

Here's a close up of this sassy gift giver:

These side views give a peek into the inside.

Here's a view of the inside.

The poinsettia is from Spellbinders and I added some course snow and glitter.

Ebony Christmas Eve

Over at Elphine House Australia, we're playing us some Tic-Tac-Toe!  Our new momma, Miss Lynda, challenged us to use one line on this board for our challenge.

We would love to have you stop by and play!  You can find all the details over at our Elphine House Australia Challenge Blog.  I chose the line die cuts, flowers, and punches.  Here's my sweet Ebony Christmas Eve.  She so reminds me of my girls when they were small, carrying around their favorite stuffy with them in their new pajamas.  I simply love her!

This cutie pie was colored with copics and I added some Stickles to her ribbon, holly leaves and gown.  The poinsettias are from PRima and I doused them with Goosebumps to make them look like they've been crystalized.  The swirls are from my Spellbinders and the gems are from my stash.  I love this Christmas paper from K&Company, it's so gorgeous!  I made a band along the side with my Martha Stewart punch.

Doesn't she have just the sweetest little face?

I swear I could just eat her up!

Here are a couple of side views of her.

She's just so pretty even from the side!

And Judy, here's an inside for you.  I touched the sides with distressed ink and added a couple of swirls to the inside.

Make sure to stop over at our Elphine House Australia Challenge Blog and see all the fabulous creations that my stamping sisters came up with to inspire you.  Happy Early Holidays to all of you!

Clementine Christmas for Tuesday Throwdown

Like I said yesterday, I'm back.  It's Tuesday so we've got another great challenge going on over at Tuesday Throwdown!  This week we're sponsored by StampFairy and we were challenged to use wrapping paper.  Everyone has some of that laying around this time of the year so it's a perfectly easy challenge for everyone!

It is my great pleasure to present Clementine Christmas to you.

Isn't she just so adorable?  She's colored with copics and sprinkled with Stickles.  I used Spellbinders to cut her out and the ribbon and gems are from my stash.  The wrapping paper I picked up from Joann's.  I tried to keep it clean and simple because of all the colors in the wrapping paper.  I struggle with CAS but am giving it a try!

Here's a close up of this cutie pop!

Thought I'd give you a peek on the inside with a couple of side views.

I really love this paper and can't wait to use it on a package!

Make sure to stop over at the Tuesday Throwdown Challenge Blog to see what my talented design team buddies have to inspire you with.  So take a break and show us some wrapping paper!
